At NutraGrace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Log into your NutraGrace account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Label and Ship

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
